I use the SOEgear.com "A2" holster for my L2. It is a little short but doable. They come in O.D. or black, have a very secure velcro flap closure, and a quick-release velcro belt clip. The L2 will seat better (deeper) if you leave the head clean (no F0x filter cover on it), but will still work if you prefer a filter on it. You will be able to bring the flap down far enough to engage about 40% of the total velcro length on the holster, and this should be sufficient.
SOEgear.com holsters are the only ones I use for my Surefire lights. The "A2" holster will fit the E2e (with or without LED heads or filters), L4, A2, L2 (barely). I only use their "E2" holster for my E1e/KL1/Z57/F04 combo.
