Hey, no paypal fees tomorrow, October 28th! This is up at the paypal site, and was in a message when I logged in. You know, those messages you never read and just click "go to account" when you see them.

Who is eligible?
PayPal Premier or Business account members in all countries other than those listed below are eligible to receive credit for their transaction fees incurred on October 28, 2004, between 12:00:00 AM PDT and 11:59:59 PM PDT.

The following countries are excluded from this program: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
