I was trying to remove the black rubber parts from my brinkmann legends xl light. It was rough going and i managed to remove the stuff in several pieces. I like the naked light better and was trying to jam it in the belt loop I had for the mini mag light I was using before hand. It was a tad too big and by change I tried to stick it in the key ring I had attached to this holster for attaching future junk, it already contains pens, pocket tool, cell phone, etc and by god it fit in this key loop. This key ring is just the right size for the light to sit in lamp upwards. Sure it will scratch and beam up the neck, but its already beat up as is and i doubt i could tell any new scratches. The light also has enough weight that it will not flip over and slide back out.
