I think that this is the light I returned, because after I bought it, they had none left and now one month after I returned it they have one again.
If anyone is interested, here is what was wrong with the 12 ZM:
1. It has a little scratch on the body.
2. There was a lot of dust inside the turbohead (which I removed with compressed air)
3. The lanyard ring was missing
4. The original packaging was missing
5. The batterys had already been used and the 12ZM was only able to create a very yellow dim light (it came with the batterys installed).
6. They sent me the 12ZM in a cheap envelope, so that you could activate the light from outside of the envelope. (This might be the cause for the depleted batterys)
7. The N62 La seemed to have some fog on the inside. Here is a comparison picture of the N62 next to a brand new cheap halogen bulb:

I returned the light because they sold it as "NEW" and not as "USED" and I was very upset with the condition of the light.
Perhaps I should also mention that they were very uncooperative when I asked for a price reduction. Their policy was: If you like it, you keep it, if you don't, you send it back.
My policy was: If you promise me a "NEW" light and I pay for a "NEW" light, you have to deliver a "NEW" light, and not a used one. If you can't keep your promise, you have to compensate me for any disadvantage I have because of that. Simply sending the light back is NOT an option.
After exchanging about 8-10 emails, I realized that I was really wasting my time with them and since I didn't want to go to a court about this case, I had no other chance than sening it back or keeping it.
