What happened to LED Corp?

Is LED Corp out of business? Their website is down and my phone calls have not been returned. LED Corp manufactures the Epieon, Luxeon Star LED replacement bulb for 2, 3 and 4 cell Maglites.

they forgot to renew their domain registration. it was up for grabs for a short time.
