Interesting LED

I saw this over the weekend, and thought it was interesting:

Leather wrapped handle and takes a AAA battery. Looks like some sort of optic on the end.

100,000 hours of light on a single AAA battery? Thats got to be a seriously underdriven LED in there!

The battery would die from its normal self discharge before that time was up. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
