I have two unmodded Minimag AAA, and I was thinking to resort them to new life by buying a couple of Tektite LT-1 Led replacement.
I know it is a booster circuit with a single ground down 3 mm Nichia that fits in the minimag reflector, drawing about 150 mA from two AAA.
I cannot find any indication about beam shape, brightness and focusability of the LT-1 in the Minimag.
There is any LT-1 owner that can tell me some more info about the type of beam, focus, and relative brightness?
