Off roading light

Saw a show on Outdoor life network. There were these guys that race in off road motorcycle circuit and some of it is at night. They had these little lights that fit on their helmets, one on either side of the chin region that looked pretty cool. Anyone know anything about these lights? They looked like they might be pretty bright.

I was watching the drakkar last year and one guy who wrecked his bike attached his lights to his helmet as he had nothing left on his bike.

JimH do you know how bright they are compared to a 3-6 cell surfire. The light and batteries looks compact. Do you know what flashlight would equal it in brightness?? Thanks.
