Why did Arc close?

Hi all.

I haven't been around here for a while and was very dismayed to learn that Arc has closed its doors!

Could someone tell me why this happened? It can't be because they weren't in the black...Arcs were difficult to get even when the company was in full swing because the demand was so high!

Also; I'm looking for Three NIB Arc AAA's, so if you have any (even one or two), please email me at; [email protected]
