Looks like a Nuwai I have. Mine has a button on the body. It's a two stage with two power settings.

That first one looks like the Nuwai TM-115X 3W Luxeon flashlight.
Here's a photograph of mine:
It has two brightness settings, and an adjustable beam size.

Based on the image gallery found here, I'd say it is very similar to that Nuwai.

Actually the bodys more look like the 116x 5W. Because of the dimples near the head. The 115 has no dimples.
