Help! I mixed up my bulbs.

Hi everyone,

Last night I was checking the batteries in my PT Rage and PT Blast at the same time, and I realized that I had not made a point to separate the lamp modules. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif They appear to be visually identical. Is there a way to tell them apart without randomly putting them in to test. I assume that the Blast bulb would flash if I put it in the Rage body. Any ideas? Is there a way to tell by possibly checking resistance with a multimeter? I'll be gone for the rest of the day, but hope get this figured out by tonight.

I'd have to try them in the light using less voltage. Then, I'd take the dimmer of the two on that voltage and put it in the higher one. I'm thinking that would work. .

I've done the same thing, and didn't think of doing that.

What ACMarina said. Test both in the Blast (this is the lower voltage one, right), and the dimmer of the two is for the Rage.

HA! I tried a Blast module on 3AAA once.

It instaflashed! So all my lamp modules are marked these days!
