His royal highness Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands passed away last night at the age of 93.

He was a unique man, I was fortunate enough to have met him once.
He will be missed.

My father received the Order of the Golden Ark from HRH. He has always been highly regarded in my family. I am sorry to hear HRH is not with us anymore.
