For sale, a complete Aleph 3 head. Head is in perfect condition, no marks, dings or scratches anywhere! I bought this head & it has been sitting in my "light drawer" ever since. Head is standard Aleph "Black" HA-III

I just realized that my initial post may be a bit confusing. The Aleph head is just that a complete head. Meaning reflector, lens and retainer ring. No light engine, just the head.
