Are their options for a 4D Mag

What sort of bulb options would I have for a 8 to 12v system...

What kind of setup are you wanting to run batterywise??

Since it is a 4D Mag I could fit x4 3AA to D Batt Adapters which would give me a possible 14.4v actually more coming fresh off a charger like 17v plus... Is there any WA Bulb that could handle that?

Hi fivemega - I see the lamp is rated at 12v. I could fit 4 3AA to D-Cell Adapters into a 4D Mag. Twelve "AA" NiMH's would give probably in the neighborhood of 17v + or - and would not that be a recipie for an INSTAFLASH? What could I do to avoid this. I suppose by adding dummy "AA" Cells in the 4th adapter and if I did what kind of resistance would that give?

Are you familiar on the WA01154-U? Fat Chance of getting one I suppose since it is not popular spec unlike the 01160 and 01185. I suppose if I ordered $100 worth Welch Allyn may let me place an order then. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif
