Has anybody experienced the rubber switch coming apart on their tigerlight? I just noticed on mine just a bit ago a tear in the rubber.

Thanks Tom, I will look into contacting Tigerlight and see if the switch or rubber cover can somehow be replaced. I would be willing to pay for it if there are charges...

Dukester,

The rubber seal and the switch are two different things. It sounds as if the rubber seal is at issue here and that the switch is working fine. Is that correct?

Yes. The rubber seal can be very easily removed and replaced with a new one. It is a little harder to remove and replace than a MagLite rubber seal, but it's still the same exact principle.

Call TigerLight. They'll probably just send you a new rubber cover free of charge.
