Hi, 1st time post.
I've seen an ad for a 5 led light driven by
2 AA cells. Of course it says very bright
light and 40 hrs. burn time.
Is this possible given that the voltage must
be stepped up to 3.6 volts and that one of
the most efficient setups (Infinity, 1 led,
1 AA) gives 40 hrs. of burn time. That is
.4 the battery chemistry for each led as the Infinity.
What can be expected from this setup?:
1. Bright light & 3 hrs. burn?
2. Dim light & 6 hrs. burn?
3. Or am I totally underestimating this setup?
Thanks, Rebus
