PREMIERELIGHT PL-7: Your flashaholic thoughts?

This looks like a nice "multi-tasker" and was about to order it but got the yet-to-be-received QIII (courtesy of its popularity here in CPF). It also didn't have a clicky tail, which is a personal preference. It was actually raffled of recently over a Britishblades and raved about as a "tracker's torch" in the Bushcraft section.

How bright are the LEDs? Your opinions?

6 5mm leds, versus a Luxeon III. I think you will like the QIII more, it should be brighter. But the QIII doesn't have a laser or SOS mode.

But if you want light, QIII.

But I haven't compared or seen anything about this PL-7 though. Just quessing by the 6 5mm leds.

My PL-7 is top-notch workmanship, nice knurling, bright (decent spill), very nice bright laser also. A very good value, IMHO. I don't have a QIII to compare it with.
