I bought one of these and have been very pleased with it. If you want to get the full power of your battery to the VIP circuit, then you will need a twisty. When my King's Crown fails on high, using the 2AA body, the twisty will bring full power back to the circuit. The other day my VIP with the King's Crown started stobbing on high with 2AA body, so I cleaned it using Mr. Bulk's recipe, and in a few minutes it started stobbing again. I put the twisty on and after 25 minutes on non stobbing high, I turned it off. The twisty will be the way to go to really utilizxe the BBH in the high mode.
