This light is extremely bright and totally white, NO tint of blue or green. The tritium vials are very bright, no problems finding this in the dark.
About runtime, I got 45mins of full brightness with a single surefire cell.
This light is it excellent condition, never edc, all hand polished to a mirror finish by myself, also a sealant was used to prolong the finish.

Hey, You are showing an Aleph1 head in the one picture does it come with the A2?

Hi, Alan... nice light! (And one of the most prized in your collection, if I remember correctly.) A few quick questions:

1) Did you remove the standard Aleph HA to achieve this hand-polished finish?

2) What kind of sealant did you use over the aluminum, and what kind of longevity do you think it has if one actually uses this light?

3) I can't tell for sure from your photos--has the body been custom cut for the tritium vials, or are the vials epoxied onto the body? (The body appears custom cut, but I wanted to be sure.)

Charles,

1. No i brought this aleph1 in Raw Alu from Don
2. The metal polish i used contained a sealent, i only polished it once, about 3 weeks ago. Currently i cant see no difference on the finish as when i first applied the polish. Forgot to mention, i guess the finish will get worn over long periods of time but it doesnt take long to polish it up.
3. Yes the body has been custom cut holes and the tritium vials are recessed in epoxy by Don, which will protect them from damage.
