Tritium rods mounted in body...where do I get them

I saw some of these mounted in someone's polished Aleph1 here. Where can one buy little rids like this. I want to put some in the bodies of my future torches.

Just so ya know... they're illigal to import to the USA. That doesn't mean that they're dangerous... just illegal.
