Need free message board or similar page for wesite

I want to add a message board, or at least a place where ppl can leave comments on my site.
I have a guest book, but its a third party thing, and not really on my site, and really doesnt suit my needs.

Does anyone know where I can get the code, etc for this?
Just need something simple, that will work like a message board or a place to leave comments.

what software does your webhost have (already enabled) ? they might have something ready to set up.

My host will run just about anything, but I dont think they have anything builtin for a message board.
I would have rather made something IN my site, instead of linking to a seperate website, but quicktopic was quick and easy.
So I went ahead and set it up for 2 topics, one for comments on my site, and the other for comments on Project ECHELON.
