Take a look at The LED Light , towards the bottom of the page they have both break and turn signal LED replacement bulbs

Which part of the "light" needs to be 4"? Are you looking to just replace the bulb or the entire assembly? There are many places that now sell LED replacement bulbs. Soon I hope to see 1W Luxeons used for this application.
