Costco LED Flashlight Mod

Dad's in town for Christmas and we spent a little time bonding in the shop. Picked up a two-pack of the LED Luxeon flashlights at Costco and thought we could do a little damage. Here's what we came up with (click on each pic for a larger version):

Those of you who know this light, know that something's a little different.

1) Shortened and bored for a single 123
2) Shaved a little off of a 27mm IMS reflector and installed behind a 2mm thick UCL®

Here's a beamshot vs. a QIII. The hotspot on the Costco mod is quite a bit brighter - It's also a LOT less green.
