Already having L6, I am thinking 'bout buying a U2.
What's the best of them?

I see... we are from the same place!
I have both, and can't say which one is the best. The L6 has a better throw, while the U2 is more an universal illumination tool.
Should I choose one, I would choose the U2. It has a throw that is comparable to the L6, is adjustable, smaller, run on rechargeable 168A. Having an U2, you may not need another LED light, if your purpose is to use the light for work or duty.
Story may be different if you start liking SF lights as collectables, or for hobby...

Yes, we're neighbours...note that I was born in Terni...

Also L6 can run on rechargable Pilas (150S if I recall well).

I've seen a couple of U2 in action....they really suck when compared with my L6, the beam quality of L6 is better, better throw.
Thus U2 would bring no improvement over my equipment, also considering that my L6 is always asked to run at full steam....U2 would last 1/4 less at max power with 2x123.
Gonna save the bucks for a M6 (I'll switch body and heads between two torches ;-)) )
