I'd like to find a substitute to that Nye stuff that Surefire uses. Has anybody used Jig-A-Loo lubricant on the o-rings/threads of their lights? I found it at a local Home Depot (in Toronto). The Silicone Dry ran about $8CDN for a 450g can. I'd like to try it out but I'm not sure if it will damage the rubber o-rings on my G2's.

I just saw some SF lube (Nygel?) on eBay a couple of days back. User "surefireparts" or something like that.

Nyogel 759G is a conductive lubricant that Surefire uses on it's aluminum threads. It isn't meant to be used on o-rings.

Any 100% silicone lube or teflon-based lube, such as Radio Shack carries, should fine.
