Does the Terralux ministar2 take lithium\'s OK?

I miss placed my instruction's, And was wondering after the thread on the M2. VDG

I have one in my laptop bag, powered by two Energizer Lithium AAs. Haven't had any problems with it -- but it does only get used for a few minutes at a time.
