Any more good laser sites?

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/happy14.gifOnce Ive finished reading through the latest posts of the day here on CPF Ive nowhere else to go. Does anyone know any other good laser sites? I know theres Wickedlasers and GreenLaserForums but I wouldnt really visit them too often cos theyre pretty quiet. Is there anywhere else or is this the best of the best? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/happy14.gif

I'm thinking about starting up a laser site, but I'm looking for enthusiasts to help admin it with me. It would be a laser-only website/forum, dedicated to helping people understand the properties of lasers, modifying them and providing links to good laser resources (Plus reviews of laser suppliers etc!)

Since you made no mention of Google's Groups alt.lasers that is another one and Google's sci.optics for discussions on laser optics. Why would you want to go through the trouble of starting another forum when all that can be said about lasers can be found at the ones you know of.

All that can be said about lasers CAN be found at the ones you've mentioned, but it's hardly what I'd consider organized or comprehensive information. The information displayed is at vastly different levels, and sometimes can be confusing beyond belief - Someone mentioning optoelectronics alignment to me a month ago would have met with a 'huh wha?'. I think somewhere where all this information is filed conclusively and in an organized fashion would be good.
