Coast LED Lenser $10 at Fry\'s

Today's Fry's ad (Los Angeles area) has the Coast LED Lenser V2 model (
this one ) for $10. instead of the normal $25. They had a few tens in stock when I checked this morning. This is the one that runs on 3 N cells.

I would have gotten a few except I didn't want to have to deal with N cells, but others might not mind.

I saw that one, or one similar to it, in the circular for the Houston area. I don't have any real use for a hand held LED ligth like that, though, so I won't be getting one. If it runs on N cells, that won't won't be cheap light.

I have an old tekna light that uses 2xN cells and I quit feeding it long ago due to the cost of them and switched to at least 2xAAA. Perhaps I can mod it to LED use and bore it out for 1AA cell.
