New Terralux Ministar2 ?

I was looking at the reviews of the ministar 2 but have not got one due to the reports of terrible beams of the side emitter. However I was looking at the tactial warehouse website. Their ministar 2 clearly shows a highdome led. So did they change?

You're right, that does look like a hi dome. Maybe they pulled their head out......

Has anybody got one with a highdome.

I posted in another terrible lux thread. I changed mine to a hi dome and I love it.

Anyone know who is selling the high domes and price?

At any rate here we go, unfortunately there are no HD MiniStar2s. Originally the MiniStar2's were slated to use the HD, and so all the promotional material was released with a picture of the MiniStar2 with a HD Luxeon. Those were not released, or released in a very limited number before TerraLUX switched to the SE Luxeon LED. I have spoken with them many a time, and as far as I know there are no HD MiniStar2s or I would get one. They can be easily modded though, with your favorite-binned emitter.
