This website has many videos. It has Pen Spinning, Card tricks, and cupstacking(Now called sportstacking) The one I am most impressed by is the Cupstacking video. It is officially called sport stacking now. Watch the first one in the cup stacking section. Its REALLY fast.

I can, and often do, spin a pen around my thumb both forwards and backwards--a (bad?) habit I picked up in high school. However, nothing like that amazing "Kam" guy, who wields like a baton-twirler-on-crack.
