When the local air waves were flooded with paranormal tv shows like sightings and what not I recall a story where some small town of Russia or abouts would eat the clay or dirt in the fields nearby for their lack of food. I recall they had a doctor comment on it and the doc said it wasnt really helping them as the dirty would just pass through their systems.

i read that too. but it sounded kinda crazy to me once it said it snowed 10 feet in 24 hours. i've never heard of that kinda snow b4. that's just insane.
