I have the x5t and the Kilimanjaro snow hi-power in anodized aluminum here, and the x5t looks a good bit brighter, and has a spread about twice the size of the Peak. Of course the Peak is a single AA and has a much smaller power budget. The Peak is of course a good bit shorter by about the length of a 123a cell and has a smaller diameter too.
It has a brighter 'hotspot' than an Ultra-G but as the LED's are recessed in black anodized straight sided holes there is very little spill.
