Great news! A machine shop has been located that will make the heatsinks for a decent price. Sorry this is taking so long, but a lot people have helped out here to make this happen, so please understand it takes time.

I'm not sure if i asked to be on the list, but if i'm not, can you put me on, please? =) I dont supose if you know if this will fit in a McCapsule for a Longbow Eco, do you? I may try it, and if it dosnt work out, i'll just use it in my minimag =)

LightObsession: NiMH batteries are rated at 1.2v, so they should be about that after resting off the charger a little while, and keep on going down from there. He simply highlighted the voltage range you'd typically see from NiMH cells.

So, the pill actully operates up to 3.7v, but is most efficient at 2.9v. I think I know how to understand the chart now. The pill was being powered by some sort of power supply rather than batteries while actually installed in flashlight. Thanks pacmanfan
