Longbow ...company?

I've done a search and can only find retailers.
Who makes the Longbow? What I mean is what is
the company's name that makes the "longbow" product?
I.e. the Saphire light is made by ASP etc.

Their website is www.Longbowgear.com the problem is that it is unavailable frequently.
Edit: if you want to check out their site now, you better do it because the website is available at the moment. Its probably going to be down soon.
