Is this Lux V ok?

I dont understand the bin coding all that well, but I can only find this one bin # anyway. Is LXHL-LW6C alright? Does the bin # make much difference in brightness anyway? I'm not tring to compete with anyone for the worlds brightest light. At least not yet. Brian

LXHL-LW6C is the lumileds part number, it merely means a white Luxeon V star.

The bin is on the back of the star, it should look like:

VV0TW
UV1WW

You're looking for 5 digits

[letter][letter][number or letter][letter]W

the first should be U,V,W,or X
the second X,Y,V,or W
the third, 0,1,or A
the fourth, S,T,U,V,or W
the fifth is always W for white

Is this Lux V ok?
