I could not pass up 50% discount on a XO3 at a store that was closing, and the Sheath that came with XO3 is kinda crappy for that flashlight (does not hold it tight)
Then I tried the sheath on my Surefire L2 and it fit perfectly, the clip holds it well in place, and you can even use the L2 without taking it out of the sheath if you want (sheath is soft enough that it is easy to press the switch-cap).
The sheath is the exact length required for the L2 (perfect fit)
I put the Surefire Lanyard that came with L2 on the XO3.
