Yeah!! I agree with you but who knows?? I figured for a couple of hundred I would take my chances and if it does not check out or doesn't arrive I just cancel the charge to paypal through my credit card. No skin off my back??

At least the guy accepts pay pal. After about 20 days after payment if I had not received I would notify them.
