haha, hi bro, I was up in KL 9-11 Feb for short CNY getaway trip. Stayed at the Hotel Corus KL where the Aeroliner coach we took stops. Didn't do much except ride the Putrajaya LRT pass the estate my family used to live in at Jalan Bangsar, Jln. Riong & Brickfields, then to went to Ampang & the Central Market at Pasar Seni for a short walkabout (but a lot of shops were closed of course due to the holidays). Didn't get a chance to go up the Petronas Towers either as the tickets were all given out already for that day /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif so just spent the rest of the time shopping at Suria KLCC /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

yeah, most of the shops are closed for the long holidays. Ah, did you go up to the KL Tower then? I have never been up that bridge at KLCC myself either, haha.

I bought my LEDxtreme Predator from

It throws like a King due to its 30 mm Optics lens.

I do not think that u can find another LED that has the same amount of throw at the same price.

The Next best LED that will throw furthur than the Predator will be the Aleph 3.

I had tested both of them and my Light meter said that same thing too. I guess u must had seem it from Firhat?
I sold mine to him.

Wow, never realized that the predator can throw that far. 35mm optic.. nice. Wonder if we can change the led. Too bad its not HAIII

well, he's holding onto it with his dear life now. have not actually seen it in action yet, just that my colleague is working under him now, and he keep pestering him (firhat) to let it go haha...

The LEDxtreme predator is a very powerful light with Great throw. but I do not understand that why is it so un popular.

Maybe its because of its big size and optics.
But because of its big size, it has wall of around 5mm thick. I think it cars can run over them and they won't feel any "pain"

Hello everyone,

Just a question here, is there any torchlight that's worth notice in Tokyo? I'll be going there in March for a business trip, so hoping to get something there. Will be hunting around the akihabara section where it's said to have lotsa electronic goodies
Or maybe I can help you all bring back some flashlights too!! heh!

The place where u can find the most flashlight is UENO.

But u would not want to buy anything there. cos everything is much more expensive as most of the stuffs are imported from overseas. There's also some China made 1 - 3 - 5 W flash light which cost around US$80-150

i know... firhat's my senior engineer. thats why my colleague and myself were hoping to get a similar light for our work usage. but only my colleague has witnessed the power... me have not /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
