Gerber/CMG Infinity available

FYI. Advertised as "INFINITY LED TASK LIGHT by Gerber" pictured old (CMG) style blue case. Blue case with white LED and Black case with green LED. for $12.50 ea. @ Sierra Trading Post. I found them in the catalog, haven't looked at the website yet [sierratradingpostDOTcom] I've got mine on order the rest are yours. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yup, on their website also. They still have amber CMGs for $12.

I wonder if they're the really old CMG version or the newer tip up CMG version. .

What does that mean? Is there a really old cmg, older than the old ultra?

I'm sure it is the standard lug cmg with 40hr runtime.

There were at least 3 versions of the Infinity--the original had the battery tip downward with a transistor boost circuit, the next one had the battery tip upward and a similar (same?) circuit, and the last one had the same IC circuit as the Ultra but set for lower current. The Ultra was later and was about 2x as bright as the Infinity (done by just overdriving the same LED), maybe as a response to the Arc AAA.
