I want to know which one has a better throw .. if you have to choose between thsi two which one beats the another hands down? do you consider the inova t3 a replacement for the SL scorpion?
I know the inova is a LED and the scorion is an incandecent .. but i want to hear your experienced comments

thank you /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

The Scorpion throttles the T3 for throw. The T3 beam is also very narrow and wont light up much directly infront of you. I actually prefer my SureFire E2e as a spotlight over my XO3 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon15.gif

I don't know if it's me -
but I find that the yellow-white beam of a Xenon incandecent seems to throw better,
and I seem to see better even against a good "warm" LED.

But note I only have two hi-powered LEDs -
a S1801 1w Luxeon 1xCR123 (very nice tint)
and
the cheap knock-off MXDL 3Watt "Luxeon" 3AAA from eBay (that works well)
