I have had no response from PocketLights within the last two to three business days.

I realize that they may be busy at the moment, particularly with respect to the discontinuation of certain models of lights by a certain company. However, has anyone made contact with them within the last two days?

Have you tried calling them? They may be more responsive over the phone than on email.

I spoke to David at PocketLights yesterday. In the last few days I have found him very helpful and responsive.

He's been having some personal issues in the last several weeks. In his situation, I can see him being sporadically preoccupied.

Actually, David said in his email to me last week that he would contact me later on that day. However, he didn't get back to me that day.
I sent a follow-up email yesterday, but still have yet to receive a response.

Previous communication with David has been fairly good, with reasonably quick response times.

If it comes to it, I may have to make a toll call (I'm in NZ) to find out what is happening.

[EDIT: Decided to make a phone call to David. Apparently he is quite busy at the moment, hence the delay in responding to my email.
David should be responding to my email within a day or so.
Seems to be a nice guy too!
So, panic over, for the moment!]
