I borrowed this printer from my brother. After downloading current drivers and figuring out how to install, I finally got a printing progress screen. The computer thinks it's printing, but nothing happens on the printer end. Any ideas?

I can't help you with your technical question, but I will say that I would avoid Lexmark printers, even if free. They seem designed to drain your wallet with ridiculously expensive ink cartridges that run out very quickly. In some cases, replacing ink cartridges in a Lexmark would cost more than buying a new printer. As far as I am concerned, Lexmark printers are a scam. Try Cannon, HP, etc.
