Surefire E2e HA Gift ?

I am thinking of getting a SF E2e HA as a birthday gift for a good friend of mine.

He is a LEO, and I think the SF E2e HA would be a great backup for his agency issued Stinger.

My question: Can anyone suggest a good ONLINE retailer of Surefire products (i.e. great price, service and honesty)?
