LED Flashlight clearances at Target

Stopped at Target today and found that all of the Dorcy LED flashlights were on clearance as well as an Eveready LED headlamp and some LED night lights. I wonder if they're planning for the new flashlights with the high-output Nichias?

My local Target stores dont seem to have but the dorcy 1AAA, if they are clearing them out for under $5 I am sure a bunch of people will buy them all up.
