Is the Inova T4 available, if not...when?

A guy at work wants a bright rechargable LED light for Iraq use and really likes the Inova T4. I did a check and that thing is still not available! It was supposed to be out by the 1st of September 2004 hence the question.
How long is this thing going to be vaporware? Any idea when it will be available?

The T4 will be out in time then (If it don't delay, delay etc. etc) I wanted one of those last August but they were vaporware. For people that want a simple, durable, bright LED light that is rechargable, there is not much choice but to wait for the T4. Thanks again.
