Custom 3\" Mag Head

A couple of month's ago someone was showing custom 3" heads for Maglites.
I forgot the person's name and the name of the custom heads. I do remember there were two models. Needless to say 3 days of searches with so little reference have not availed much?
I even forgot which forum I read about them on.

Does anybody remember these things?

they are called the FM-3V and FM-3H heads you will find them sold by FiveMega in the group buys. if he still has them
