ActiveSync wont stop popping up !!!!!!

Any time I have my Pocet PC in its cradle, Active Sync keeps popping up, over and over again over time.
I can understand it popping up when I first place the PPC in its cradle, but then I turn off the PPC, and 5 minutes later Active Sync is back up wanting to connect.

I got pissed a while back, and uninstalled it, when I wasnt using my PPC much.

There's an option in ActiveSync for this. Default is 5 mins, you can turn it off (like I did).

An other option is ActiveSync Toggle.
This freeware program shuts down ActiveSync and unloads it from memory whenever you want it gone.
Just toggle it back on when you want it to run again.
