Luxeon bins

Grabbed nine of my Luxeon flashlights and shot them at the ceiling:

oooooh, I'd never seen a pinkish tint (lower R)!

I did this daily....with flashlights laying everywhere in my room...

I'll bet that each of those in isolation, except maybe the very bluish one on the far left, looks "white".

Not at all, they are easy to tell on a white wall individually, without the others.

Only two in isolation look white. The rest are green, blue, pinkish purple hued.

Six of those are Costco lights. On separate days I can pick just one up to use it. I can very easily tell whether I've picked up one of the pinkish, white, green, or blue ones. The green tinted ones on top are alot heavier tinted in real life than that photo.

The camera seems very poor rendering the spread of colors in these Luxeons, and getting them right.
