Please Help: CMG Reactor 3 Lux Readings...

...what kind of Lux numbers are you getting from your CMG R3s? I think something's wrong with mine. It's not even as bright as my X5, in fact it's 3x dimmer. When I first received my R3 it was much brighter.

...at 1 meter, I'm getting 150+ Lux from my Inova X5 and only 55 Lux from my R3. Yes, new batteries too. Any ideas? Thanks.

S4, ain't nothing wrong with your light, you just put it too close to the other two lights on the right... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Seriously, have you "tested" it? Meaning checked it out for max runtime, or used lithiums or rechargeables in it? May have melted something in the head, it's all plastic, unlike the three all-aluminum lights...

my reactor atleast 70 to 80% as bright as the LGI. If i were you, i would either break it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif and take the luxeon out or return it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif
