how to convert M-GIF to be CPF friendly?

I have a motion GIF that I would like to use here on CPF (actually, I think I got it from someone here awhile ago). Anyway it is 120x120, and I dont know how to convert it to 80x80. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you can tell me what it is of I may possibly have a smaller version of it. I used to collect animated gifs a few years ago.

Here's a useful site that lets you work with and resize a gif image; even animated ones.
